Jaylee Reese, 2025 Senior

Jaylee Reese will be a 2025 Graduate of Alton High School and is the daughter of Blake and Holly Reese and sister of Jace Heck.

Jaylee's favorite activity to do with her family is playing cards. Her favorite childhood memory is playing with her cousins at their nana's house.

Jaylee has been involved in FCA for 2 years, golf for 3 years, basketball, FFA, Beta Club, Show Choir, and Student Council for 4 years at AHS.

The activity she enjoys most is Show Choir because of the satisfaction you get from being a part of a group effort to produce a beautiful result. Her favorite high school memory is when Lane got in the pizza delivery guy's car at the State FFA Convention and she, Katie, and Kaleb went running after him barefoot. Jaylee’s most proudest achievement is being a Christian.

The class Jaylee enjoyed the most was Foods because they made different foods daily. Outside of school, Jaylee enjoys hanging out with her friends. If she had one wish it would be unlimited money. The three words that best describe Jaylee are caring, adventurous, and balanced.

After high school, Jaylee plans to attend college to become a radiologic technologist. In 10 years she sees herself with a good job, married, with a few kids. Three things on her bucket list are to go to Greece, Iceland, and to go White Water rafting.

The person she admires the most is her grammy because she is always kind. She goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome and wanted. The teacher who had the biggest impact on her was Mrs Walsh because she always cared for everyone. Jaylee will miss the most about AHS is the Beta Convention. If there was one thing she could be remembered at AHS is that she was kind. The advice Jaylee would give underclassmen is to enjoy it the most you can and try to be friends with everyone.
