Taylor Gazaway, 2025 Senior

Taylor Gazaway will be a 2025 graduate of Alton High School and is the daughter of George and Ginger Gazaway and sister of Amber, Brittany, Courtney, Hannah, Hunter, and Arianna Gazaway.

Her favorite childhood memory is when her sisters took her to the Mammoth Spring Park to feed the geese. Taylor has been involved in FCCLA in 2024-25 and cheered during all of high school. She also won an award in computer science.

The activity she enjoys most is cheer because she gets to bond with her teammates. Her favorite high school memory is when she "goofed around" in the hallways on the way to class and rode the concession cart down the empty hallways with her friends.

The class Taylor enjoyed the most was Human Anatomy because she got to do cool experiments and labs there. Outside of school, Taylor enjoys hanging out with her friends. The three words to best describe Taylor are kind, beautiful, and confident.

After high school, Taylor plans to attend cosmetology school at Paul Mitchell in Springfield, Missouri. In ten years, she sees herself with her own cosmetology business, she hopes to be married with two kids.

Three things on her bucket list are to go to the Bahamas, Glass Beach in California, and the Bioluminescence Ocean in California. The people she admires the most are her friends because they have always encouraged and been there for her.

If Taylor could be remembered at AHS, it would be her outgoing personality.

The person who had the biggest impact on Taylor is Coach Hope, she has always found a way to brighten her days and taught her what good sportsmanship looks like. The thing Taylor will miss the most about AHS is cheer.

The advice Taylor would give underclassmen is to enjoy the little things while you can, not everything lasts forever.
