Cole Trantham is a 2025 graduate of Alton High School. He is the son of Chris and April Trantham and the brother of Seth Trantham. His favorite family activity is playing card games, and his favorite childhood memory is going hunting with his dad.
Cole has been involved in basketball, baseball, golf, Beta, FCCLA, and FCA. The activity he enjoys the most is baseball because it's a lot of fun, and he would love to play it for the rest of his life. The class Cole enjoyed the most was math because of his teacher. Outside of school, he enjoys playing baseball. If he had one wish, it would be to play in the MLB.
His classmates would describe him as funny, happy, and athletic. After high school, Cole plans to go to college to play baseball. In 10 years, he sees himself working on the road. Three things on his bucket list are visiting Alaska, playing baseball in college, and going on an elk hunt.
Cole admires his dad most because of his hard work and dedication. The teacher who had the biggest impact on him is Coach Poulette because he has helped him with everything he needs to make it to college. The thing Cole will miss the most about AHS is spending time with his friends.
If there is one way he could be remembered at AHS, it would be as the person who always made others laugh. The advice Cole would give to underclassmen is to live life and ball out.
