Grab and Go Food Pickup for Sunday, May 3rd will be from 2:00 until 3:00 pm. PLEASE note the modified time.
PICKUP OF ITEMS FOR ELEMENTARY: We will be having classroom cleanout of student materials for elementary students only on Tuesday, May 5th from 5:00-7:00 pm, weather permitting, in a drive-thru style around the high school. Any items that were left at school will be bagged, and we will have them organized by grade level along the sidewalk between buildings. Parents can stop at the grade level table for their child, and elementary staff will bring the bag to your cars. Leslie will also have any medications available for pickup that were left at school. Please follow the CDC guideline by staying in your vehicles.
Plans are in the works for High School student pickup and will be announced soon.
SENIORS: If you plan to attend Ozarka College in Arkansas today is the final day to let me know you would like to be considered for the Ozarka College Opportunity Scholarship. Send me an email TODAY, April 30th! Mrs. Gilliland

SENIORS: If you believe you might be eligible for College Prep or Honors Recognition, please email me. I will be working on those certifications soon. You may check the requirements in your student handbook, which is online on the school webpage if you don't have that handy.

5th - 7th Graders: Mrs. Gilliland has posted your assignment for scheduling for 2020-2021 in her grade level google classroom. If you still haven't joined the classroom, please do so. If you can't for some reason and need an emailed copy of the forms, email her at pamgilliland@alton.k12.mo.us. If you need paper copies of the forms, send her your updated mailing address to her email. You may also call 417-778-7215 ext 224 and leave her a message. Please do not post or respond back to her through the school website.
New Welding Program at GoCATS: We are planning to offer a new specialized welding program this fall. It is a course designed to ensure students receive the specific training needed and wanted by local employers. It will be an extensive 16 week program. Individuals who are accepted into and complete the program will be well prepared for AWS Certifications as well as have excellent job opportunities locally and nationwide.
