Dear Mrs. Walsh,
I have some snack sacks ready for the children, as well as a little project they might have some fun with. I made each student an "Encouragement Book" and I hope they'll write something kind to each of their classmates. If done with any thought, I think they'll find things they can really appreciate about what others recognize in them-- atleast that's my hope. Please share the attached minute science video that shows the effect of word frequency on water with the kids. I think it will blow their minds! It's amazing to think of the impact kind words have over water, much less a human that understands words!
I've written a personal message in every book, and I would love it if you could do the same before we hand them out.
